We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer / GTM Engineer to design and implement systems that will 10x the efficiency of hundreds of colleagues across Abugo.

🔍 About you
- You're a software professional — you have 4+ years of experience as a fullstack developer, you're comfortable with TypeScript, and you work with LLMs on a daily basis. You can design, develop, and maintain complex AI systems.
- You're an AI enthusiast — you build your own AI projects, assistants, and agents, and you have hands-on experience with context engineering. Terms like embedding, RAG, MCP, and orchestration are part of your everyday vocabulary. AI isn't a buzzword for you — it's your daily work.

- You're a people person — you enjoy discussing how AI can simplify business operations for others. You can clearly explain technical decisions to colleagues across the company, from engineering and customer care to company leadership.
- You've worked in a small team — you're comfortable blending AI research, product engineering, and platform work. You iterate fast, deliver value, and work with cutting-edge technologies. Job titles matter less to you than impact.
