I truly appreciate getting the chance to join the team as a junior after changing my career path. In QA, I test, verify, explore, and learn something new every day. I’m grateful to grow professionally alongside colleagues who, beyond their expertise, bring kindness, support, and mutual respect.
I really appreciate having the flexibility to balance my family life while developing my career in a new direction. Eight years ago, I started out in a back-office role. Gradually, I moved into event management, which I continued even during parental leave. And today, I’m focused on partnership marketing.
I returned after being offered the Tech Lead role — a great opportunity for both personal and professional growth. I can work on scalable solutions using a modern, evolving tech stack, and be part of a team that truly values innovation and creativity.
For me, HR has never been just about administration. It’s about relationships, trust, and continuous innovation. I enjoy finding new ways to do things better, and even more so when it’s with people who want to be part of something bigger. Something like Abugo.
Abugo has customers across Europe and South America, which means I get to contribute to a truly international project. As a localization expert, I lead a team of translators and implement AI and automation to make our processes more efficient.

We’d be excited to review any samples of your work. They’re definitely appreciated, but not required, so it’s completely fine if you don’t have anything on hand
Can I apply if I don’t meet all the listed requirements?
Absolutely. If you believe you’d be a fit and are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t tick every single box. We value potential and motivation just as much as experience.
Will I have to complete any tests or assignments?
It depends on the role. Our main focus is getting to know you-your experience, motivation, and what excites you about the role. For certain roles, we may include a short assignment to help us see how you think and work. If that’s the case, it will always be mentioned in the job description.
Do you provide training or onboarding for new hires?
Yes, we do. Every new team member goes through a structured onboarding process to help them get comfortable, meet their team, and understand how we work.
Do you offer remote work opportunities?
Yes, we're remote-friendly. But if you're in one of our office cities, we'd love to see you in person a few days a week to make the most of being nearby.
