Should I send samples of my work (writing, code, designs, etc.) with my CV?
We’d be excited to review any samples of your work. They’re definitely appreciated, but not required, so it’s completely fine if you don’t have anything on hand
Can I apply if I don’t meet all the listed requirements?
Absolutely. If you believe you’d be a fit and are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t tick every single box. We value potential and motivation just as much as experience.
Will I have to complete any tests or assignments?
It depends on the role. Our main focus is getting to know you-your experience, motivation, and what excites you about the role. For certain roles, we may include a short assignment to help us see how you think and work. If that’s the case, it will always be mentioned in the job description.
Do you provide training or onboarding for new hires?
Yes, we do. Every new team member goes through a structured onboarding process to help them get comfortable, meet their team, and understand how we work.
Do you offer remote work opportunities?
Yes, we're remote-friendly. But if you're in one of our office cities, we'd love to see you in person a few days a week to make the most of being nearby.
