👋 We're Smartsupp, part of the Abugo. We build a conversational e-commerce platform -> live chat, chatbots, and AI tools that help more than 100,000 online stores and businesses around the world communicate with their customers in real time. 🌍 We're actively building AI features into the core of our product, and we also use AI in our team's day-to-day work.
We're looking for a QA Engineer who enjoys finding bugs before users do. You'll be joining a team where quality isn't just a buzzword. It's part of the everyday work.
🛠 What you'll be doing
- Testing web applications manually and catching bugs before they reach users.
- Writing, executing, and maintaining test scenarios and test cases.
- Reporting issues in Linear.app and writing clear bug reports for developers.
- Collaborating with developers and product owners to understand features and ensure quality.
- Gradually getting involved in test automation.
👀 What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
- Experience with test automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Familiarity with browser DevTools.Experience with bug tracking and task management tools (Linear, JIRA, Trello, or similar).You use AI in your testing work — for example, Claude.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow things through to completion.
- Proactivity — you can take initiative and get things done without constant reminders.Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
✨ Nice to have
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger).
- Familiarity with payment gateways (Stripe, Braintree).
