We're now looking for a Group CMO to own marketing across the first four — our product-led SaaS portfolio serving millions of users across 25+ languages, build a shared marketing engine powered by AI and automation, and drive growth in a market where the rules are being rewritten.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the unified marketing strategy across all portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with group-level growth goals.
  • Build and lead a single, cross-portfolio marketing team (~15 people), replacing siloed company-level structures with a shared, scalable operation.
  • Design the go-to-market approach that blends marketing, sales, and customer success — adapting to how buyers discover and evaluate software today (AI overviews, conversational AI, shifting SEO landscape).
  • Drive shared infrastructure: unified CMS, design system, analytics, localization pipelines, and content automation — so every improvement scales across all brands.
  • Champion an AI-first marketing culture — leveraging tools like Claude Code, n8n, and AI-native apps to operate at 10x efficiency without growing headcount.
  • Own marketing analytics and reporting across the portfolio, making data-driven decisions on channel performance, market expansion, and budget allocation.
  • Balance brand individuality with operational unity — each product keeps its identity while benefiting from shared processes and expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with the PLG Managing Director, product teams, and company CEOs to align marketing with product and business strategy.
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities — from expanding into new European markets via automated localization to building lead generation engines and personalized outreach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading marketing at a product-led SaaS company. Experience across multiple brands or products is a plus.
  • Track record of building scalable marketing operations — unifying tools, processes, and teams across previously independent units.
  • Deep understanding of modern acquisition: SEO, paid, PLG, content, and how AI is disrupting traditional channels.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI tooling — not just directing, but building and experimenting. Existing knowledge of AI-first workflows (agents, automation platforms, AI coding tools) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in cross-product reporting and data-driven prioritization.
  • Ability to lead through change — unifying teams from different cultures and workflows into a cohesive, motivated group.
  • Excellent communication in English; Czech or Slovak is a strong plus.
