Who are we looking for?

We are opening a part-time position (initially 0.5–0.75 FTE) for a Payroll Accountant within our Finance team. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on experience in independent payroll processing and related administration. Do you have a solid understanding of employee and employer taxes and social contributions? Can you work confidently with accounting and/or payroll software? What will you be doing?
  • Managing end-to-end payroll administration - from onboarding and offboarding paperwork through to calculating contributions and preparing audit documentation.
  • Keeping payroll processes compliant with legislation, internal guidelines, and the company policy book.
  • Ensuring that data across payroll and accounting systems is always accurate, up to date, and available for period-end closings.
  • Preparing materials for auditors, authorities, and internal reporting purposes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Finance, HR, and other teams throughout the group.
Our shared mission?
  • To have payroll set up in a way that meets internal reporting requirements, ensures clean audit outcomes, and stands up to regulatory inspections without errors.
  • To establish a monthly and annual schedule so that the entire payroll process integrates seamlessly into the Finance department's calendar.
  • To create an environment built on data confidence, where people can focus on what moves them and the whole group forward.
Benefits
  • Flexible working hours
  • 25 vacation days, 2 sick days
  • Education budget
