This summer, we brought together colleagues from across all Abugo companies in Brno. Teams from Shopsys, Reservio, Smartsupp, Survio, Convertim and Sounds Good Agency arrived from different parts of Europe and beyond to meet face to face, connect and celebrate what we are building together. As we merge multiple companies, we already share similar values and culture, yet personal contact creates something unique that digital communication cannot replace.
The main day started with a relaxed sail across the Brno reservoir where colleagues who usually meet only through video calls finally had space for real conversations. Afterwards, everyone gathered for a grill party with great food, music and time to unwind. The evening continued with a lively celebration that brought all teams together and left everyone energized and inspired.
The next day, we organized a sports and games afternoon where people could join activities they enjoy from team competitions to relaxed outdoor games. It was a perfect way to round off the event and give everyone more space to connect beyond their everyday roles.
