Abugo has opened a new headquarters in Brno that brings all its products and teams under one roof. The space is designed to improve everyday collaboration, support an AI first way of working, and create a shared environment where teams across the group can build, learn, and scale together.

With the opening of our new Brno headquarters, teams from across the entire Abugo group work together from a single shared space. The new HQ is a key part of how we improve the quality of everyday work, strengthen collaboration, and fully support our AI first approach.

One Place for All Products and Teams

Bringing all Abugo products into one headquarters removes physical and organizational barriers between teams. Product, engineering, design, marketing, customer care, and data teams now work side by side, regardless of which product they are building.

This setup accelerates knowledge sharing, improves alignment, and helps teams solve problems faster. Context moves naturally across teams, which is essential when building consistent products and scaling AI driven solutions.

A Space Designed for the AI Era

The headquarters covers 1,054 square meters and offers capacity for approximately 100 workstations. It is located in The Campus Science Park in Brno.

The space was designed by architect Andrea Pastrnek in collaboration with joyfor space. Together, they created a unique concept known internally as Abugo City.

Instead of a traditional office layout, people enter through shared central spaces referred to as the square, which naturally connect teams and encourage informal interaction. Meeting rooms are inspired by the real environments of our customers, such as beauty salons, wellness studios, and shopping malls. This keeps teams close to real use cases while designing and improving our products.

Built Around Collaboration, Not Silos

Teams are not organized by individual portfolio companies. Instead, the same functions across different products share the same space. Marketing teams sit together, customer care teams together, product and engineering together.

When people work next to each other, knowledge sharing happens naturally. This is especially important in an AI first organization, where best practices, tooling, and experimentation need to spread quickly across the group.

Supporting Our AI First Way of Working

AI is embedded across Abugo products and internal operations, from automation and localization to customer care and internal tooling.

To support this, we work in a hybrid setup, with teams spending at least three days a week together in the office. This balance allows focused individual work while maximizing in person collaboration, shared learning, and fast iteration, which are critical when building and operating AI powered systems.

The office is designed to support people working closely with AI, not to replace collaboration, but to amplify it.

A Shared Foundation for the Future

The new headquarters also reflects how Abugo operates as a group. While each product keeps its own focus and identity, we share common foundations such as finance, HR, legal support, tooling, automation infrastructure, and internal AI agents.

By bringing everyone under one roof, we reduce operational friction and allow teams to focus on product quality, innovation, and customer value.
